I found a really thought provoking quote the other day about competition and it made me ask the question; can competition be healthy? And when is it considered unhealthy? So that’s the topic I chose to dissect in todays episode. I would love to also know your thoughts!

This week, I stumbled across the topic of “flow”. What it means not only mentally, but also physically. I wanted to look into the importance of this state and how it relates to our happiness and I chose to share my findings with you in today’s episode.
