Scripture warns us of the end of time and shows us the destructive impact of sin. One of the greatest sin is the worship of self. When we do not use the Word of God as our point of reference on how we live our lives, and live based on what we think is right, it leads to destruction of values and life.

But we are reminded that God will always prevail over sin. He judges fairly, he punishes justly. We are called to be firm in our faith, to be rooted in the Word of God and to walk in the way of Truth.
