No child likes to be disciplined, and no parent likes to discipline their child. However, it’s necessary in order to correct the wayward behavior and teach them the proper way. The children may not see or understand the benefits now, but later on, they’ll reap the benefits that the discipline provided for them. In the same way, our heavenly Father also disciplines us because we are His beloved children.
