The New World Order is an effort to unite the nations and become one global community. However, if this unity is not done under God’s authority, it is under Satan’s. The Bible says that we can do nothing apart from God. Historically, when the nations attempted this unification, it led to the abuse of power and authority.

God does want us to be united. Ephesians 4:3 says, “to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” His purpose for humanity has always been to establish an earthly kingdom but under His authority, not our own or Satan’s. The right thing becomes the wrong thing when it is done apart from God.

When you examine current events, you find the pieces are being set for this New World Order to emerge. Daniel 8 describes the Antichrist who will reign as Satan’s counterfeit king. He will be the political leader who will unite the nations under the New World Order.
