Sometimes it’s just so crazy difficult

10 years ago, I used to have a quite a lot of money, then life has led to that today I have less money than I’ve ever had. There’s a concept called rock River and basin that defines ones economy.

We men really need to take responsibility to understand ourselves on a whole other level. I’m still on a journey and I can’t find anything more important.

I believe my journey in learning about sex and intimacy is very common for men not only my age. I realize how my initial experiences shaped my whole life, and how important it is to learn about it for me today and for the future. Every man should do this journey, and this is my contribution to invite men to do the same.

She has such a gift of connecting the dots, and speaking from the heart - and yes, it hurts.

It’s a day of reflecting back on the year that has passed, and looking forward to the year that is coming, and in that void being present in what is.

I always had a complicated relationship to anger. I just realized yesterday that not only have I suppressed my own anger, but I’ve also tried to control my environment - thinking it was something good. My next step is to be friend of my anger - and learn how to use it.

I’m not entirely sure what I recorded, it was late at night, and I was quite emotional. So this episode is like a way for me to vent and put words on my emotions. Thank you.
