Rico Tarver is California Market Manager overseeing all sales, marketing, and operational efforts for Baker Technologies- the cannabis industry’s leading CRM platform under the TILT Holdings umbrella. When he started with Baker, they had 4 dispensary partners in the state. They're currently represented in roughly 30% of the legal market. 

Rico is a co-founder of the National Diversity and Inclusion Cannabis Alliance (NDICA). Efforts by NDICA have included advocacy surrounding nationwide implementation of social equity programs; expungement clinics for those wrongly targeted by the War on Drugs; and social platforms seeking to bridge the economic gap between black & brown operators and their white counterparts in the Cannabis industry.

He has also been active in assisting the California Minority Alliance in LA and The Hood Incubator in Oakland with their local efforts. He will be a vital component in forming TILT's own recently announced diversity and inclusion division in 2019 helping bring educational and economic opportunities and assistance to operators and community outreach initiatives nationwide.

Rico's well known on all sides of the cannabis industry throughout California. He's utilized Baker's platform successfully to co-produce many peer events as well as launching several of his own in 2018 under his own label, The Suave Life, LLC. His current independent projects include acting Los Angeles Founder for CannaGather (Launching February 5 2019); his monthly "CBD Sundays" Health & Wellness Series in Los Angeles; as well as a video podcast in pre-production in conjunction with MJ.com and HitsBlunt.

Tsion "Sunshine" Lencho is a cannabis industry executive with deep industry knowledge and know how. A speaker at industry conferences and past continuing legal education presenter, Ms. Lencho has a wide range of legal knowledge pertaining to cannabis, regulated markets and consumer trends from seed to sale. Ms. Lencho is co-founder of Supernova, an organization for women of color in the cannabis industry.

She is formerly a member of the board of directors of the California Growers Association, and the Mayor's appointee to Oakland's Cannabis Regulatory Commission. Ms. Lencho has been asked to speak on various topics affecting the industry at business conferences including the International Cannabis Business Conference, Wine & Weed Symposium, Fast Company's Innovation Summit, and others. About Khadijah Adams:

Cassondra R. Parker-Adams also known as "Khadijah" in the cannabis industry is originally from Sugar Land, Texas. She began investing in cannabis related companies both privately and publicly held and by late November 2014, she and a business partner formed MIPR, LLC, a cannabis consulting and investor relations company located in Aurora, Colorado. She served as the founder and senior managing partner for 3-1/2 years and was responsible for consulting and connecting accredited investors to viable investment opportunities within the industry. MIPR, LLC and MIPR Holdings, LLC were acquired in June 2017 by C. E. Hutton, LLC (Denver, Colorado) where Ms. Adams now serves as the vice president and chief operating officer. Together, C. E. Hutton and Ms. Adams founded The GreenStreet Academy, an online educational platform that teaches the basics of investing in the marijuana industry. 

Ms. Adams is the co-author of The Minority Report and she speaks about investing in diversity; as well as the issues surrounding the lack of diversity in the cannabis industry. She is passionate about re-educating the communities most affected by the “War on Drugs” with the truth about cannabis, how and why it became illegal and the economic benefits of positioning as business owners, employees, and/or as investors early-on.
