Growth is not something that you can necessarily predict or ensure. A lot of growth that comes is seemingly random.

Approaching someone in hopes of collaboration isn't rocket science. But, there is a way you should do it. Be direct and honest, or build a friendship and let the chips fall where they may.

Staying consistent on Youtube is a crucial aspect of maintaining and growing your channel. But, in our eyes, consistency is subjective. It's up to you and your best judgment, to figure out what frequency will work with you.

When you start to make your analytical numbers your identity, and the reason for your channel's existence, you'll find yourself more likely to burn out and forget why you are here in the first place.
