It seemed like it was about time to get back down to Darkness Brewing in Bellevue to talk to owner Eric Bosler after what felt like way too long between episodes down there. We sat down the day before the release of one of my favorite beers that they make, Blumpkin – and not only drank that but a couple of other new things that they have going on.

The conversation went into a lot of really fun places, including what makes taprooms special – the “soul” of the place if you will. It was a great conversation and one that I have been thinking about a lot lately.
