Data Transfer

Welcome back to Data Transfer, folks! This week, your hosts have card games and renovation on the mind. Don't worry though, it's not going to stop them looking at our favorite nostalgic cartoon!

Our episode begins with the heroes wandering through a forest of road signs. We're introduced to a recurring element in the form of a black gear! They grab hold of ya and they make ya real mad and aggressive, spooky shit! We also discover that there's more than one of any given digimon species, and rescue a bunch of teensy tiny babies from a runaway Meramon. Biyomon becomes an even bigger bird, and this might be the most metal digivolution so far.

Welcome back to Data Transfer, folks! Things get off the rails pretty quick, but your hosts pull it back together to talk about Digimon Adventure for y'all yet again.

Monochromon make vague nuisances of themselves. The group find themselves some shelter that ends up being not very safe at all. Matt thinks the foraging plan is pretty cool! Divorced parents in a kid's show! Seadramon gets real mad and he's honestly pretty justified. Can't digivolve when hungry! G-awoo-rumon UwU! The fight is pretty metal. Gomamon proves himself the MVP. We start to learn a bit about crests and digivolution, but it's subtle.

Episode 2 of Digimon Adventures and our hosts are sipping on despair and carbonated water! Parents don't quite know what lesbians are. We create a very important new word in the form of 'gick'. The (un)Birth of Greymon! Gomamon pulls some Aquaman shit and frankly it rules and is really cool. Tai does some scouting! The kids remember their Tamagotchis exist. How many candles is too many? Shellmon is mean, Greymon happens and frankly it's all very metal. Tai even gets a good stab in!
