The average brand-new EV is being sold for around $56,000, but after three years, that price drops to around $28,000. In a study earlier this year according to the Wall Street Journal. In a recent study, 46% of Americans said they would go back to gas vehicles. Are EV owners losing money if they try to resell their cars? 1 in 4 women (24.3%) and 1 in 7 men (13.8%) aged 18 and older in the US have been the victim of severe physical violence by an intimate partner in their lifetime according to thehotline.org. October is Domestic Violence Awareness month. This number includes  the president, vice president, their immediate families and several high-ranking government officials as well as former presidents. A Nevada man was arrested at a Trump rally in Southern California on Saturday. Police say the man had a shotgun, a loaded handgun, ammunition and multiple fake passports in his car. While this isn't being seen as an assassination attempt, it's another test for the Secret Service. Dave and guest host Greg Skordas discuss.

The family of the man who was shot and killed at Jordanelle State Park on Sept. 25 is pleading for help in finding his killer. Patrick Hayes, 61, was found near the entrance of Ross Creek Day Use area near Jordanelle Reservoir, and brother Mike Hayes joins D2 to share more information about Haye's life and memory. The investigation has led investigators to believe road rage might have been a factor in his death, based on cell phone and movement tracking. Mike Hayes and investigators ask the public to contact the police with any information pertaining to the capture of his brothers killer.
