Fresh debate over school vouchers on the Hill. There's a pitch that would let families get a voucher to send their child to a private school. A family of four making up to $53,000 would be eligible to receive up to $9,522 per child from the state to pay for private school education. The same family of four earning $147,075 per year would be eligible for less per child — up to $3,809. Heidi Matthews/UEA President
