Last Thursday: Rep. Susan Pulsipher talked to us about allowing in-home daycares that now have a 4 child limit to expand to 6. There's some concern that's too many kids for a provider. Pulsipher says it would really help rural Utah families, which don't have an abundance of child care facilities.
