You heard about those off-campus parties at Brigham Young Univesity. Now, University of Utah students are apparently holding their own parties. The U says they can't do much to stop the parties. What if they followed the lead of other schools around the country and suspend the students?

An outrageous series of safety failures were brought to light after a 4-year-old was left alone on a school bus according to his mom and dad. Not for a few minutes -- but for 2 hours. The district now admitting there was a major failure on its part -- no one can prove what happened in those 2 hours because the camera system on the bus was broken for two years. The Los Angeles Times reports that tomorrow night's debate between President Trump and Joe Biden could be the most-watched political event in US history. It'll be the first of three debates between the two candidates, but for some, early voting has already begun. We'll check in on the polls with Elections Analyst Nathaniel Rakich of FiveThirtyEight, who will let us know whether the debate has a chance to really move the needle for voters.

Amy Coney Barrett was just nominated by President Trump to serve on the Supreme Court, and there's already a debate about how long new Supreme Court justices should be allowed to serve. The Supreme Court is a life-time appointment, but proposed legislation would cut that down to 18 years. We'll dive into the odds that such a bill might be passed, and why 18 years might even be too long.
