Your county commission says the mandate doesn't carry criminal penalties. So is it a mask mandate or is it a mask ask? We now have the 911 calls a mom made to police, as well as the body camera video from the night Salt Lake City Police responded to that mom's call for help with her 13-year-old son who was in crisis.
