Gov. Gary Herbert just yesterday approved the state school board's recommendations and requirements for reopening K-12 schools in August. Now it's up to schools to come up with a plan for re-opening--and they have to have them on their websites by August 1st.

There are conflicting reports on whether President Trump was briefed on an intelligence report that said Russia is offering bounties for American troops in Afghanistan.

Utah representative Chris Stewart, who is on the House Intelligence Committee, says the president was not briefed.
