    My TSLA Exit Plan, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9HtG-jJSTY
In this video, I’m going to share a story from 2013 when my wife wanted me to sell our Tesla stock at $40 and what I told her.
Some people like to trade in and out of their stock positions.
It’s the culture of the stock market to focus on short-term gains and to preserve profits.
However, when I find a company that I think has a clear and probably path to a 10x valuation in 5-10 years, then I think it’s a good idea to hold on as long as they are progressing toward that goal.
I share some examples and illustrations in this video.

Tesla announced they will be raising up to $2.3 billion in a common stock offering.
In this video I’m going to share what that means and why I’m super excited about this move.
Here are the questions I answer:
    What is common stock offering?
    How much dilution will occur?
What do I think of this dilution?
Why does Tesla need more money? I thought they had $6 billion in cash?
What this means for battery and investor day?
Why did stock price go up today?
Stock price, market cap, shares outstanding, percent ownership - what’s the difference?
What do I think about the timing of the stock offering?
Can I buy stock in this stock offering?
I thought Elon said he wasn’t going to do a capital raise?

  • The Power of Reading Super Fast… and How It Changed My Life
    Follow me on Twitter: https://twitter.com/heydave7
    Follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/heydave7
In this video, I want to share the power of reading super fast and how it’s changed my life.
Just a heads up. You might want to watch this video a few times. It’s that important.
I want to focus on the benefit of reading a lot and reading super fast.
I think it’s underrated and is one of the most powerful skills you can have.
But you need the motivation first.
One of the key skills is to be able to identify the main argument or thesis in a book and then connect all other support to that core.
Super-fast reading is like a superpower allowing you to consume much more information and potentially find more insight and wisdom.
Another skill is to discern the quality of what you’re reading.
Most books ramble with complexity, shallow thinking and intellectualism.
However the exceptional thinking can communicate clearly, simply, yet with profound and wide application.
Many people underestimate the complexity of business and investing.
Warren Buffett shares a story of how he was a prolific reader as a youth and devoured all the business and investing books he could. This allowed him to have a foundation for investing and business that I think he built his entire career on.
But reading a wide range of books can help understand that complexity and give you an advantage as an investor.
Super-fast reading also can have amazing impacts on all areas of one’s life.
The compound effect of learning is profound as it helps you learn faster and deeper.
Please share this video with others on Reddit, Facebook groups, and forums.
