Seán talks about the pivotal role his club Ballinhassig plays in his sporting life. Now they're looking to replace there 50 year old clubhouse, despite it creating some great memories. Enter Tipperary man Pascal Ryan who resides in Ballinhassig. Who came up with the suggestion of a walk to Tipperary, which is going back to the concept of walking to the Munster Hurling Final in Thurles in days gone by. The event will be starting in Ballinhassig GAA Club Sunday 28th and will involve a 7 day walk covering over 170 km to Pascal's former club on the far side of Thurles.There'll be between 14-20 people walking everyday, with the underage teams stopping over in a number of clubs on route to play a game. Last Saturday in Castlebar Ivanna became the 75th Miss Ireland, she is from Clare however she has strong Cork connections having studied medicine in UCC as well as serving an internship at CUH. If that wasn't enough of a connection to the Rebel County she also worked in Voodoo Nightclub. Congrats to Ivanna!!

Timmy will be performing his latest play "The Story" in Cork Arts Theatre. On Wednesday 17th - Friday 19th at 1pm as well as Friday and Saturday at 9pm. The play tells the tale of a man living with his parents on Cork’s North side, he is a Sherlock Holmes fanatic and when his close friend goes missing he uses the skills he picked up from watching it to try and solve the mystery of his disappearance. Timmy has nothing but praise for the TDC (Theatre Development Centre) at Triskel Arts Centre and Pat Kearnan who helped him with his script.
