There are three main ways you can invest in real estate. You could buy a property and flip it, rent it out, or you could use a real estate investment trust. Someone who’s got experience in all three is Dave Seymour, CEO and Co-founder of real estate investment firm Freedom Venture Investments.

Dave started his career flipping houses (you might recognize him from his A&E TV show, ‘Flipping Boston’) but now takes a lower-risk approach to real estate investment.
