  • Softy and Dick H3 - Walter Jones on Hawks and Rams / Mike Florio on the woeful NFC East / Weigh In / Re-seeding
Hall-of-Famer Walter Jones shares his thoughts on the Hawks' loss to the Rams on Sunday night. The team lacked energy, but could this loss ultimately be a good thing. Mike Florio isn't thrilled that one of these mediocre-at-best NFC East teams is going to get a home game come playoff time. You tell us what topics to weigh in on in our weekly Weigh In courtesy of 30/10 Weight Loss For Life. Is the idea of re-seeding so crazy? Divisional winners would still get a playoff spot, but they wouldn't be guaranteed a home game.

  • Softy and Dick H1 - Seahawks fall to the Rams 28-12. Is there still confidence in the team, or is this a sign of things to come?
Seattle suffered its first road loss of the season against the Rams on Sunday night. It's unfortunate since the Niners won earlier in the day, meaning a Hawks win would have put them in first place in the conference. Obviously, the team has some issues, and injuries, specifically the latest one to Penny, aren't helping, but the team has proven they can beat good teams like San Francisco and Minnesota, and the next two games are against opponents that theoretically shouldn't pose too much of a serious threat. One thing is for sure, the Week 17 game vs. the Niners is setting up to be huge. In case you missed it earlier this afternoon Pete Carroll spoke. We've got the highlights late in the hour.

  • Softy and Dick H2 - Dawgs lose to Gonzaga, still look good / Joel Klatt talks college football / Textimonials / Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down
With so much attention paid to the Hawks and Rams yesterday, a lot of people probably missed the Dawgs and Gonzaga in what ended up being a great basketball game. Washington lost, mostly because the right guys weren't getting enough shots, but it's early in the season, and undoubtedly as they find their rhythm, things will get better. The talent is there for sure. Utah lost to Oregon in the Pac-12 Championship ensuring that the conference is shut out from the Final 4. What happened to Utah in that game, and was it a mistake for Oregon to play Auburn? We ask Joel Klatt about those topics and more. Textimonials react to the first two hours of the show. We react ot the best and the worst of the weekend on Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down.

  • Softy and Dick H1 - What have the Rams done? / Kevin Harlan on the NFL / Hunter Bryant declares for the draft
The Cowboys lose again, but they're still ahead in the NFC East despite being 6-7. This could be the worst division in football since the 7-9 NFC West in 2010. People are suddenly jumping back on the Rams bandwagon, but what have they accomplished? Seattle just needs to put pressure on Goff and they should be in good shape. Kevin Harlan was sick earlier this week, but joins us today to discuss all things NFL. Husky tight end Hunter Bryant has declared for the NFL Draft which we kind of suspected was going to happen.

  • Softy and Dick H2 - NFC Playoff tiers / Fun with Audio: OJ Simpsons, Jerry Jones, sanctimonious trolls / Textimonials
Last hour we asked Kevin Harlan about the top playoff teams in the NFC. It seems right now that the Hawks, Niners, and Saints are at the very top, followed by the Packers and Vikings, and then the Cowboys, because you have to put them somewhere. Somebody has to win the NFC East. One thing is for sure though, those other five teams have all shown some potential, and this year's playoffs are going to be awesome. On Fun with Audio, OJ Simpsons praises Russell Wilson, Jerry Jones goes off on a radio show in Dallas, and Mike Leach calls John Blanchette a sanctimonious troll. Textimonials react to the first to hours of the show.

  • Softy and Dick H3 - Mike Iupati and Travis Homer / Bob Rondeau talks Dawgs / Stats Are For Losers / DPI / Mike Hopkins
On this week's final installment of Dick and Dave in the Locker Room, interviews with Mike Iupati and Travis Homer. Bob Rondeau reacts to everything that's happened in the world of Husky football in the last seven days; the Apple Cup, Chris Petersen's resignation, and more. We've got important stats for you to know before the Hawks and Rams play on Sunday on Stats Are for Losers. Dixon makes his prediction for the game. There's another huge game happening on Sunday that doesn't involve football at all. The Dawgs take on Gonzaga in basketball, and head coach Mike Hopkins previews the game with us.

  • Softy and Dick H1 - Mike Leach staying at Washington State / In the Locker Room with BBK & Tre Flowers / Lee Sterling's picks
Mike Leach signed a contract extension this afternoon, keeping him under contract until 2024. WSU has seen a fair bit of success under Leach, and we couldn't be happier he's staying, because none of that success has come against the Dawgs. On Dick and Dave in the Locker Room, we catch up with Ben Burr-Kirven and Tre Flowers. Lee Sterling makes his picks for the college conference championships, the New Orleans and San Francisco game, and the Hawks and Rams on Sunday night.

  • Softy and Dick H2 - Mike Holmgren / Al Michaels / Bill Riley on Utah / Who's Your Bud?
Tune in every Thursday at 4pm to hear Mike Holmgren with Softy and Dick Fain on all things NFL and Seahawks. He is brought to you by Tacoma Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, and by Redbox. For movies and games, head to Redbox, the smarter way to watch and play. NBC Sunday Night Football play-by-play voice Al Michaels joins the show ahead of this week's game between the Hawks and Rams. Bill Riley discusses the chance of a Utah win tomorrow, and a Final 4 run. We pck your fantasy player to watch tonight on Who's Your Bud?

  • Softy and Dick H1 - Just beat the Rams / Seahawks Special Teams Coordinator Brian Schneider / Clay Helton stays at USC
The heated debate over who Hawk fan sshould support on Sunday morning continues, but none of it really matters if the Hawks don't win on Sunday night. The biggest key to holding onto the division, or snagging the top seed, is beating the Rams this Sunday. Special Teams Coordinator Brian Schneider joins the show from the VMAC discussing the fake punt and more. Clay Helton will stay with USC next year, and the reaction hasn't been all too positive.

  • Softy and Dick H2 - Seattle media on the SF vs NO debate / Shaquill Griffin interview / Petros Papadakis Volume I: Washington / Textimonial
We've debated on the show for the last couple of days, it's now been debated across the station, with guests on the air, and now we ask the journalists who cover the Hawks on a daily basis; who should Hawk fans be rooting for on Sunday morning? Shaquill Griffin talks with Softy this afternoon. He knows what the team is playing for. Petros weighs in on the coaching changes at Washington for the first time. Now we wait and see what happens at offensive coordinator. Is Bush Hamdan back? Textimonials react to the first two hours of the show at 49451.
