  • Softy and Dick H2 - Sherman defends Garoppolo: Why didn't he defend Wilson? / Jon Wilner on all things Pac-12 / Textimonials
After Sunday's game against Green Bay, Richard Sherman took some time to publicly defend Jimmy Garoppolo, who he says never gets any credit. Was he really annoyed, or just trying to fire up his team? Either way, it's interesting that he never took that approach. Why did he never defend Russell Wilson? The obvious answer is he just didn't like him. Jon Wilner suspected Oregon had a shot in losing the game against ASU, and he was right. We get his thoughts on the big rivalry games this week, which ones are the most vitriolic? We also find out what it's going to take for Utah to make the College Football Playoff. An Apple Cup win for your team, or a Hawks win on Monday? We get your thoughts on Textimonials at 49451.

  • Softy and Dick H3 - Walter Jones on the Hawks / Mike Florio on all things NFL / Weekly Weigh In / Kasen Williams talks XFL
Walter Jones makes his weekly appearance on the show to talk Seahawks football. Mike Florio, in as bad a mood as ever, with thoughts on everything happening around the National Football League. Dick and Dave weigh in on the topics of your choice on the Weekly Weigh In courtesy of 30/10 Weight Loss for Life. Former Husky, and former Hawk, Kasen Williams will be back on the field in Seattle, this time with the Seattle Dragons. He talks about what sets this league apart from others that have come and gone, including the last incarnation of the XFL.

  • Softy and Dick H1 - Apple Cup stress level / Pete Carroll's Monday presser / Fact or Fiction / Opponent Audio Recap
Well, another loss for the Dawgs in a season that hasn't gone the way we all expected, at all. Now it's Apple Cup time, and the Huskies have had the Cougs' number for years, but in a down year for the Dawgs, could this be the year things change? Are we worried at all about the "fat, dumb, and happy, and entitled"? Does it even matter all that much? Obviously, you'd rather get a win than not, but the impact of this game compared to the last few years is much less important. On a brighter note, the Seahawks did get a win in Philly yesterday. Pete Carroll addresses the media following a great showing by the defense with injury updates and more. It's the final week of Fact or Fiction (and a short week at that). Softy makes his second-to-last pick. Here's what the aforementioned Seahawks win sounded like on Philadelphia radio. It's the Opponent Audio Recap as called by Merrill Reese and Mike Quick on 94 WIP.

  • Softy and Dick H2 - A game the Hawks needed / Joel Klatt on the Huskies / Textimonials / Thumbs Up, or Thumbs Down
Yesterday's game in Philly was the exact type of game the Seahawks needed right now. The defense looked good while Clowney got to rest. The offense still got it done, with Penny showing us something, which is exactly what we've been waiting for. Obviously there are still areas of concern, like Carson's fumbles for example, but this is a good sign. Normally a 9-2 team can let off the gas a little to end the regular season, but with the Niners still a game up, and several tough games ahead, Seattle won't have that luxury. The Huskies lost again. So, is this season a blip on the radar, or a concerning sign of things to come? We discuss with Fox Sports' Joel Klatt. Textimonials react to the first two hours of the show. It's the best and worst of the weekend on Thumbs Up, or Thumbs Down?

  • Softy and Dick H1 - ...But if they win this game... / Jacob Eason and Al Woods / Fact or Fiction: Under 48 / Rhea Hughes on the Eagles
The Seahawks are sitting at 8-2, with apretty tough schedule over the next six games, but they're in a decent position. Thsi team isn't going to go 14-2, or likely even 13-3, but 12-4 seems very possible. The Eagles aren't great, but would it really be that surprising to see them beat the Hawks, in Philly, in a 10am PT game? Even if they lose on Sunday, 12-4 is doable, but if they win it seems like a good bet. Now if the Rams lose this weekend, which wouldn't be surprising, and the Niners lose to Green Bay, which seems very possible, the Seahawks could find themselves in a great position by Tuesday morning. Dave talks with Jacob Eason, and Dick checks in with Al Woods on Dick and Dave in the Locker Room. Softy says take the under in the Seattle at Philly game. Rhea Hughes of WIP shares her thoughts on the Eagles before Sunday's matchup.

  • Softy and Dick H3 - Most improved Seahawk / Bob Rondeau on Dawgs and Buffs / Stats are for Losers / Anthony Beyrouti / DPI
Softy asked Chris Petersen yesterday about the most improved Husky, but who is the most improved Seahawk this year? Bob Rondeau talks about the environment in Colorado, the tradition of Ralphie, and the attempt to bring the program back to great heights. It's information you didn't know you needed before this weekend's games on Stats are for Losers. Anthony Beyrouti of Venue Kings on the Hawks and Huskies ticket markets, plus how you can win tickets to the Apple Cup. Dixon makes his Hawks vs. Philly prediction.

  • Softy and Dick H1 - From the Central / Myles Garrett's new claim / KJ Wright and Jaxson Kirkland / Fact or Fiction / Lee Sterling's picks
Dick and Dave are at the Central Bar and Restaurant in Bellevue. Myles Garrett did not win his appeal, but we did learn that he claimed that Mason Rudolph used a racial slur, which is what caused him to react the way he did. There's no excuse for doing what he did, but there's also no excuse for using what is arguably the absolute worst word in the English language, however nobody seems to have heard it besides Garrett. Clearly the NFL didn't really buy the claim either. Dick and Dave hit the Seahawks and Husky locker rooms looking for interviews, today they talk with KJ Wright and Jaxson Kirkland. The Jets are the Fact or Fiction pick. Lee Sterling has been red hot the last few weeks. He makes his college and pro football picks for the weekend.
