  • Softy and Dick H3 - Which team is winning big? / Bob Rondeau talks Husky football / DPI / Jimmy Lake and Cody Barton
Alright, we've almost made it to another weekend of football. As we take our last looks at this weekend's matchups, who has a better chance of a huge win? Both teams are favored, but both have some question marks. Bob Rondeau returns to talk about last weekend's Husky victory over BYU; easily the biggest win of the season thus far, UW's success against the air raid and how that might help them vs. USC, and Sav'ell Smalls' commitment to the Dawgs. We get Dixon's picks for this weekend and a DPI for a Seahawks win. Lastly, Dick and Dave catch up with Jimmy Lake and Cody Barton on Dick and Dave in the Locker Room.

  • Softy and Dick H1 - At Jimmy's, celebrating Felix / Former GM Pat Gillick / John Jaso on Felix's perfect game / Lee Sterling's picks
Tonight will likely be our last chance to see Felix Hernandez take the mound in a Mariners uniform. Softy and Dick are at Jimmy's on First getting ready for the event. Joining the show right out of the gate is the former M's GM who found, and then signed a young Felix Hernandez out of Venezuela, Pat Gillick. We ask if he always saw this much greatness in The King, even in the early years. John Jaso, the man who caught Felix's perfect game reflects on that historic game in August of 2012, and what kind of leader Felix was in the clubhouse. Still looking to make some football picks this weekend? Not to worry; Lee Sterling has winners for a handful of Pac-12 and NFL games, including Hawks and Cardinals, Dawgs vs. USC, and the Heartbreak Bowl: WSU at Utah. Dick makes a pick of his own on Fact or Fiction, saying there's no way the Hawks and Cardinals score 48 on Sunday.

  • Softy and Dick H2 - The Athletic's Corey Brock / Mike Holmgren / Tribute to Felix / Chris Petersen / Who's Your Bud?
The Athletic's Corey Brock stops by Jimmy's, reflecting on Felix's career in Seattle, and a look into the future. When can we expect to win again? Mike Holmgren talks about what went wrong in last weekend's game, and what to expect as the Hawks face the Cardinals. We pay tribute to Felix Hernandez with a montage of his best moments in a Mariner uniform. Thank you King Felix for all of the memories. Softy talks with Chris Petersen before the Huskies' week 5 matchup with the USC Trojans. It's another edition of Who's Your Bud? before Thursday Night Football.

  • Softy and Dick H1 - How will you remember Felix? / Who has the better chance to win? / Luke Willson and Chris Carson
It's Wednesday, which means Softy and Dick are live from the VMAC as the Hawks get ready to face Arizona this Sunday. We probably won't get much time to focus on it tomorrow but the game tomorrow night between the M's and A's will likely be Felix Hernandez's last start in a Mariner uniform. How will you remember Felix? Softy says the biggest thing that sticks with him is the organization letting him down. Since 2005, he has pitched more games with 2 or fewer runs in run support than any other pitcher, and it's not even close. If we had just had a little more offense, this could have been a playoff-caliber team. On the other hand, just as the offense started heating up, Felix started coling off. Was it simply because his age was catching up with him, or was he not putting the work in to stay on top? We asked the question last weekend, who has the better shot at winning: Hawks or Dawgs? Most people said Hawks.... and we all know how that worked out. So we're asking it again; who can get the victory this weekend, Washington over USC, or the Seahawks over the Cardinals. Luke Willson is back! Chris Carson is determined to get things right after a few fumbles. We check in with both of them on Dick an dDave in the Locker Room. Pete Carroll remains confident in Carson's abilities, and as long as he does, he should keep putting him out there. Let Carson get things right. There's no better opponent to do that against than the 0-2-1 Cardinals in Glendale, which is practically like ahome game with the amount of 12's that show up down there.

  • Softy and Dick H2 - Felix: Not contributing? / Petros Papadakis on the Pac-12 / Textimonials
Felix put on amazing performance outing after outing in the early and middle of his M's career, but the last few years... Is it just time catching up with him, or has he not been contributing because he hasn't put in the effort? Petros Papadakis looks at last weekend's Pac-12 games, and the upcoming matchup between UW and USC. Textimonials comment on Felix, the Cody Barton of KJR, and the pronunciation of Petros Papadakis.

  • Softy and Dick H3 - Rick Neuheisel on college football / Kevin Harlan finds the interesting storylines / Ansah and Clowney; step up
It was bound to happen at some point; Rick Neuheisel missed on a pick for the first time this season. We talk about the USC vs. Utah game, plus the Cougar blown lead, the upcoming Washington game, and a pick for this weekend as Rick hopes to bounce back. Kevin Harlan digs deep to find the most interesting storylines, even for the two games he had to broadcast last weekend. He discusses said games, plus the Hawks loss, Mahomes, and more. We finally had a chance to see Ziggy Ansah on the field last weekend, and we didn't see much. Maybe you can excuse it as being his first game back, but what about Clowney? After the first half of the Cincinnati game, he hasn't been a major force. It's time to see these guys step up. The Seahawks could really use a corner, so how about Jalen Ramsey? What's the latest on his attempt to flee Jacksonville?

  • Softy and Dick H2 - Who will have more losses? / Jon Wilner on the ultimate "Coug it", Tryon ejection, and more / Textimonials
Was the WSU loss to a bad UCLA team a fluke, or is there more of this to come? Will they end up losing five, or even six games by the end of the season? Comparing their schedule to the Hawks, who will end up with more losses by the Tuesday after Thanksgiving? Jon Wilner discusses the ultimate Couging it, plus reaction to the Tryon targeting call, the end of the Cal and Ole Miss game, and more. Textimnoials react to the first two hours of the show at 49451.

  • Softy and Dick H3 - Walter Jones on the Hawks loss / ProFootballTalk's Mike Florio / Vannett to the Steelers / Brian Schmetzer
So what went wrong on Sunday as the Seahawks lost to New Orleans? We go through it with Walter Jones. Mike Florio discusses the Antonio Brown saga's latest developments, Jalen Ramsey being "sick", Belichick's attitude, plus Mike harmonizes with himself. Apparently the Seahawk shave traded Nick Vannett to Pittsburgh. No word yet on what's coming back. Brian Schmetzer talks about his expectations for the last two regular season matches after a loss to DC United.

  • Softy and Dick H1 - Pete Carroll addresses the media / Worst game in Carroll's tenure / Fact or Fiction: Utah -5
As we do every Monday during the NFL season, we check in with Pete Carroll who addresses the media on yesterday's disaster of a game. In all of Carroll's tenure in Seattle, this was probably the worst-coached game the team has played. Did getting hit in the face before the game impact his decision-making? Seriously! The Cougars fell apart on Saturday, and Softy says they'll do it again. He takes Utah -5 on Fact or Fiction. There's plenty of blame to go around for the loss to New Orleans, but one of the biggest missteps was the Carson fumble. He's clearly having trouble controlling the ball, and that again comes down to coaching.
