Jimmy Lake, Husky defensive coordinator joins us from the warmth of the other side of the phone line. He explains why the Dawgs send out so few scholarship offers, looks ahead to the 2018 season and his own future at UW. Tony and Softy break down the Jimmy Lake interview. It's pretty clear that Lake will be a head coach somewhere. Could he stick around long enough to take over once Coach Petersen hangs it up? It's not been the best week for the M's who lost to the Yankees earlier today, getting swept by New York and have now dropped four in a row. Let's all just relax! We all knew this stretch was going to be tough. We all knew they were going to lose some games. It would have been great if they hadn't lost all 3 but it seems like people are panicking prematurely. Maybe fans feel differently though. We ask listeners from around the Puget Sound to weigh in on Regional Reaction, are the M's still legit, or are they losers? The NBA Draft is tonight, and back in the day this used to be a huge deal around here, but without the Sonics, it seems to have lost all meaning. Do you get excited for the NBA Draft at all these days?

Mack Strong, former Seahawks fullback discusses the Earl Thomas hold out situation, his thoughts on this year's Seahawks team, and his TEAM-WORKS Foundation Golf Tournament. Harold Reynolds claimed on this radio show yesterday that once Robinson Cano returns to the team in August, the M's should simply bench him for the rest of the year. Bret Boone joins the program to respond to Reynolds' comments and give his thoughts on the Yankees sweep. Textimonials react to a tough three-game series against the Yankees.

Dick Fain is out today; Hugh Millen has stepped in for him today. Softy and Hugh talk about what stood out from Seahawks minicamp. Undoubtedly, one major thing was the amount of change that's taken place. There are so many unfamiliar faces on the team now. With all of these changes it seems like the team has lost its swagger. Swagger can make the difference in a close game, it can make a difference in a comeback situation. Maybe they've still got it, but who is going to step up and motivate the team when they need it? Hugh weighs in on Earl Thomas holding out. Harold Reynolds, former Mariner and currently with the MLB Network says the M's should sit Robbie Cano for the rest of the year when he comes back.

Hugh Millen shares his thoughts on the Mike Leech situation. Looking at his original tweet, it seems like he might have actually been looking for a real discussion. Maybe you can even excuse him posting the video in the first place if you assume he didn't know the video was fake. Where he crosses the line is when he, instead of taking the video down and apologizes for posting it, he doubles down and gets into arguments with anyone on Twitter who dares to challenge him. At the end of the day though, it isn't appropriate for someone in his situation to make these political statements. Petros Papadakis comments on Mike Leech and the 2018 World Cup.

Tom Brady says he can play until he's 45. That's another four seasons, and with his abilities it doesn't seem too far-fetched. Hugh, as a Brady fan, tries to convince Softy of his greatness, but all Softy sees when thinking about Brady is his face right before the Super Bowl pick. Hugh Millen talks about the Phil Mickelson situation, the rules, and the spirit of the game. Is Hunter Bryant injured? His post on social media seems to make it appear that way. This could have a huge impact on the Huskies' season, but first we need to know more about what's actually going on, and no one's talking. Softy and Hugh talk about Brandon Marshall; Could he end up playing a major role on this team? It seems somewhat unlikely, but it's possible.
