In today’s Summer Solstice Sacred Elements session, we cracked open the element of fire—and things got real.

Fire is transformation. It’s passion, confidence, and creativity. But it’s also the spark that illuminates your shadow—those hidden stories, repressed parts, and people-pleasing patterns you’ve been justifying for way too long.

We explored:

• The difference between doing fire (candles, crystals, incense) and being fire—living with radiant, unapologetic heat

• The journey from a flickering spark of awareness to a wildfire of embodied self-trust

• What it means to tend your bonfire when the people around you want to put it out

• How shadow work isn’t about digging up the past—it’s about clearing the space to live your future

And yes, we even pulled in a Pretty Woman reference or two. (Because “Big mistake. Huge.” is peak shadow moment.)
