Day 34 Recap: Office day! And honestly, this challenge is getting really hard for me right now. Work has been so intense and chaotic lately, and it’s becoming tougher each day to keep up with all the 75 Hard tasks.
Today was packed with meetings and calls, which meant I didn’t get in my 45-minute walk or my reading during the day. Everything had to happen at night—within the last four hours before bed—and that was rough.
The silver lining? I got to play laser tag with my boys, and it was such a fun way to move and unwind after a long workday. That little bit of laughter and bonding was exactly what I needed. I finished the night with a 45-minute walk on my walking pad, read my 10 pages, and wrapped it all up with my progress picture.
Some days, it’s just about pushing through and finding the bright spots—and tonight, that was my win.
