Day 6 Recap: Today I went into the office, forgot my water and lunch, and had to cram all my 75 Hard tasks in after 6pm—but I still got it done.
I normally work from home, but being in the office threw me completely off my routine. Without my Stanley cup, I didn’t drink water all day while catching up with coworkers, and forgetting my lunch didn’t help either. I grabbed a healthy option from Panda Express, but the real challenge came later—fitting everything in once I got home.
It wasn’t pretty, but the point of 75 Hard is pushing through on the hard days. Discipline is built when it would be easier to quit, and Day 6 was exactly that.
