Day 7 Recap: Today felt like an upside-down kind of day. I got a late start on everything, didn’t finish my first 30 ounces of water until noon, and my attempt to sneak in an outdoor workout between rain showers got cut short when work called. I ended up walking on my walking pad during the meeting and counted it as my indoor workout.
I managed to complete all the tasks, but it was bedtime before I finished reading my 10 pages. Honestly, I’m feeling annoyed with the challenge right now—aches, pains, and frustration are setting in. But this is where 75 Hard matters most: pushing through even when it doesn’t feel worth it.
