Day 8 Recap: Today was the first time I faced restaurant temptations. I went out for sushi during happy hour and really wanted one of their specialty cocktails, but I stayed strong and stuck with cucumber-infused water.
On the win side, I finally took my progress picture in the morning, which felt like a huge relief compared to remembering right before bed. I also kept my indoor workout simple with a deep stretch session to give my sore muscles a break.
One challenge outside of 75 Hard itself? TikTok video creation. It’s harder than it looks! But I still want to weave it into this journey and aim for semi-consistent videos as I go.
