Today, law enforcement officers around San Diego County can start handing out tickets to cars parked within 20 feet on any intersection or crosswalk. Recovery teams are making progress pulling out the wreckage of a fighter jet that crashed into San Diego Bay last month. A heads up if you drive on Friars Road, it's closed right now between Napa Street and Seaworld Drive.
