DCOM, Cool, and Collected

Y'all, I'm not gonna sugarcoat it, this one was rough! We do a deep dive into the surprisingly star-studded cast, and mostly bitch about how shitty this DCOM is. In case you're reading this instead of listening to any of our recent pods, the best of the DCOMs are definitely behind us...

That being said, we'll be back next week with out 100th episode for Radio Rebel!

The motto from today's episode is fuck Toby apparently! Not literally, obviously, but like damn, Teddie is really going to not do ANYTHING for her baby sibling after making video diary entires for Charlie for all those years?? ALSO, logistically speaking, when the hell is Charlie going to have the time or patience to watch all of those?? Kelly briefly mentions not being a big Christmas music/movie person in general, while Elizabeth is. But that's pretty much it, it's a pretty short episode because there wasn't much to say.

Next week we'll be watching Frenemies!

Quick Content Warning friends we do talk about abuse while giving the rundown of the actors in this movie, if you need/want to skip that go ahead to 5:51 and you should be fine!!

This week we watched Geek Charming and both surprisingly hated it a lot less than we anticipated! Elizabeth and I agree that Geek Charming is what people think Starstruck was!

Next week we have Christmas in July with Good Luck Charlie, It's Christmas!

This week we have a special guest and friend of the pod, Abby! We watched Phineas and Ferb: The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension and overall we think the regular episodes are better than the movie, but you'll have to listen to learn more about that.

Here's the Tik Tok we referenced about the music from Phineas and Ferb: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZMdX9GU2V/

Next week, we (sans Abby) will be watching Geek Charming!

Hello friends welcome to our shortest pod episode yet!! This was a quick one, but there wasn't too much to say about this episode. The biggest issue was the lack of a certain character whose name rhymes with Tryin Tevans...

We're looking forward to next week when friend of ours AND friend of the pod, Abby, visits again for Phineas and Ferb: The Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension. It's gonna be a great time, y'all!

Hi friends! Hopefully you survived the week without us, and if not, hopefully your ghostly existence can still give our pod a listen! This week we watched a newer DCOM classic (in Kelly's humble opinion), Lemonade Mouth! We've got a (somewhat?) star studded cast and some opposing song opinions!

Next week we will be watching Sharpay's Fabulous Adventure?? I'm not sure if this was marketed as a DCOM and I just missed it, but it's on Wikipedia's DCOM list and that's gospel for this pod so that's that.

"You either live to become your own hero or watch your hero become the villian??" -Kelly Davis, 2021

This week we bring you fun quotes like that AND a full breakdown of Cole Sprouse's 2012 Tumblr "Social Experiment". It's a short episode, but we're still having fun here!

It will probably be 2 weeks until the next upload apparently we have lives outside of DCOMs?? But we'll catch you next time with Lemonade Mouth.

This week we watch a modern day retelling of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table... kinda?? We definitely have OPINIONS about this one. Kelly talks about her love for Britt Robertson, and we talk about the INCREDIBLE decision of this film deciding to feature Battlefield by Jordin Sparks.

Next week we'll be ~rocking~ with The Suite Life Movie! Dylan and Cole, we're coming for ya!

The most important thing you should take away from this episode is Bounce by The Jonas Brothers is available to watch on YouTube for free and it's amazing! Cannot recommend it enough. Additionally, we also discuss Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

Next week we're watching Avalon High and Kelly is super excited, so you should be too!

This week we watched Den Brother and as 2 former Girl Scouts, we found some issues with this movie and needed to interject with our personal Girl Scout mems. For any American Vandal watchers, we spend a few minutes talking about the true artistry of that show, and discuss who we believe the true culprit was.

Next week we'll be back at Camp Rock, so buckle up for that one!
