  • S4 Episode 24 - Under Wraps 2

It's the final episode for the Halloween season (and the show!) Probably not the most fun one to go out on - but it's a bit of a full circle moment with it being an "Under Wraps" film and a movie that came out this year!

  • S4 Episode 23 - Under Wraps (2021)

An actual remake? Not just a loose reinterpretation? Color us genuinely surprised. But how does it stack up to its originator - the *original* DCOM from 14 years prior?

So many questions answered in this one.

  • S4 Episode 22 - Under Wraps (1997)

It's finally arrived. The day we talk about the OG DCOM - "Under Wraps" from 1997. We've come full circle in a lot of ways and there's a feeling of emptiness now. Is there anything to reach for anymore? Any distant goal posts?

Well, there's always watching the rest of the movies and completing the show. But where's the fun in that, eh?

(Just kidding. You're stuck with us for another season after this)

  • S4 Episode 21 - Zombies 3

Alien-o-ween continues with "Zombies 3"- the final installment in the "Zombies" franchise.

We've been looking forward to this one for awhile - does it meet our expectations or is actually ...Bombies 3...? eh?

  • S4 Episode 20 - Avalon High

Is this movie all that Halloween-y? No probably not, BUT maybe there *should* be more knights for Halloween. Food for thought.

Also, in case you were curious, yes, Kyra did read a whole book in preparation for the viewing and recording of this episode. And in that same day she read two more books. All far more interesting than this movie (sorry, not sorry).

  • S4 Episode 19 - The Other Me

    ** 🎉Happy 100 Episodes! 🎉 **

We've been at this for over 800 days and that's insane. We haven't hit our 100th movie just yet - but we're still excited about this milestone! (We're also very excited that it ended up falling on this movie than the previous one, phew).

Now everyone go dance to N*Sync.

  • S4 Episode 18 - Stepsister from Planet Weird

Just how weird is this planet that the titular stepsister hails from? *Surely* it can't be that weird, it's not like a planet filled with bubble people, right?

    ...right?

  • S4 Episode 17 - Can of Worms

    ** It's spooky time again, friends **

Did we say the previous episode was the last one for Season 4? Well, surprise! We lied. We're tacking on our Halloween movies so that we can have a season wrap after and we're definitely not sorry about it. We're here to enjoy the fall.

  • S4 Episode 16 - Tangled Before Ever After

The last movie of Animation Month *and* Season Four? That's a lot to live up to. Does this prequel to the Tangled animated series hold up against its movie counter part? Or is it just a little ...hairy in its execution?

  • S4 Episode 15 - Phineas & Ferb: Across the 2nd Dimension

After an unforeseen break (Kyra caught a cold for the first time in over two years and apparently her immune system is a sad shell of its former self) - we're back with our penultimate animated film. The first P&F film - how does it hold up?
