Tesla is recalling nearly all vehicles sold in the U.S., more than 2 million, to fix a safety issue with its Autopilot feature. The system failed to adequately ensure drivers were paying attention, prompting a software update with more warnings and the ability to disable the feature if misused. As CBS News' Carter Evans reports, this action follows years of pressure from safety regulators after dozens of fatal crashes involving Autopilot.
