The San Diego Pride parade and festival will kickoff today, with the parade starting at 10 this morning. A San Diego biologist was killed in a plane crash after taking off from Ramona and presumably crashing 470 miles off San Diego's coast. People are planning to hold two rallies in Pacific Beach over plans to build a 23-story residential tower on Turquoise street.
