A Santee man was killed early this morning after his trailed became engulfed in flames. Some people living in Hillcrest and Mission Hills are on edge after seeing a man prowling their neighborhoods with an apparent ax in hand. Today local and state lawmakers will introduce legislation aimed at addressing pollution at the U.S. Mexico border.
