Deal to End US-Iran War Imminent?

Iran's state TV is reporting that it has a draft memo to end the war. The "memorandum of agreement" calls for Iran to fully reopen the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for the US lifting its blockade of Iranian ports and pulling adjacent military forces. This news comes as President Trump is about to convene his Cabinet at the White House.
