Rejection is something we cannot avoid and it will happen to us at some point. If you are a believer just know it happened to Jesus as well. It’s how you pick yourself up after being rejected that matters.

Dealing with rejection

As a military veteran serving during 911 and worked in the mental health field over 10 years. Currently work as a crisis therapist and provide services to clients whom experienced traumatic events. I want to start by stopping the stigma of mental health, especially in the African American community. I pray the mindfulness exercises assist anyone who doesn’t know how to breathe or emotion regulation. I love helping people with no rewards, God is whom all my blessings come from. Please enjoy.
