Dear Church,
This has been a difficult week where we have seen division, violence, and the evil of this world manifest itself in many different ways. We are confused, we are tired, and we are speechless at the racism that pervades deep into our history, and we are appalled at its manifestation and the resulting consequences.
This week we will be discussing justice in a Biblical framework. It is part 1 of a two-part series on Biblical justice that will be continued next week. We ask that as you listen, you would be praying for your hearts also; that our hearts would be changed to be aligned to His Holy Word, that we would desire to be Holy as He is Holy, and that we would submit to His commands as He instructs us in His Word.
After prayer if you have any questions, comments, criticisms, or need anything to be clarified or explained, we would love to hear from you. We want to make this as conversational as possible and our Part 2 will be in response to your e-mails ([email protected]). We are the Church, we are a family, and we walk together. We hope and pray that this episode is a blessing in your ears.
We love you, we miss you, let us come before the LORD in prayer during this time.
Happy Monday Everyone! Welcome to an episode of the Dear Church Podcast. This week we will be talking about the Charismatic Movement. We will discuss what the Charismatic Movement is, how it is different from the Reformed faith we believe in, and how we can love our brothers and sisters from the Charismatic circles. In a world in which the Charismatic faith is mainstream and popular, it is important not only to understand what they believe, but to understand how it strays from the Bible. As people that hold the Bible to be God's WORD, we must do a better job knowing and interpreting it. We hope and pray that this episode is helpful and is an encouragement to your ears!
As always, if you have any questions concerning this episode or questions in general, please e-mail us at [email protected].
