In this episode I spoke with Olivier Chartrand who is an incredible dancer from Canada. He has done some awesome things including working with Cirque Du Soleil both as a dancer and on the creative team. Recently he started a new project called ThankLoop, a platform where you can send notes of thanks to people who deserve it most. While we chatted I taught him how to make a simple pop-up card to give thanks to someone in-person.

Today I spoke with Morgan Foster. She taught me how to do a crazy Halloween makeup look and I only slightly failed... Morgan is an awesome dancer and she has recently gotten really into Tik Tok. She is amazing at makeup and since moving to NYC has transitioned from focusing on ballet to more hip hop styles. I was so lucky to speak with Christine Flores the litty queen! She taught me how to embroider a fall leaf as we chatted about her journey moving from Canada to America to dance. She has a great balance of concert and commercial dance and has had some super cool opportunities including dancing in the official Hozier music video for "Almost" with Cameron Boyce. Christine gained quite the Instagram following after the video came out and has created a lot of cool opportunities for herself since then.
