On today’s episode, I want to deepen our skills in listening. Being a better listener is more than just hearing the other person. Truly listening is an act of selflessness, where you put aside your current experiences and thoughts, and devote yourself to the conversation at hand. Working on being a better listener will help you foster more meaningful connections with those around you.

On today's episode, I discuss a story from my past that influenced my choice to become a coach. When I was 22, a fresh-faced college graduate, I had no idea what I was doing. I was so scared to make a mistake or let anyone know that I was lost, so I did what I saw other people doing. That didn't get me very far. Jump into this weeks episode to hear about how I reconciled with this scared younger self and how that experience drives my practice today.
