Today is yet another “intermission” day! I hope y’all do not mind. However, I wanted to talk about doing things afraid! There are times when we will talk our own selves out of certain things because we have conjured up a false belief about that thing in our minds. Next thing we know, that false belief has become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Well, I took a moment on today to speak to this. Why? Glad you asked! Consider this another “Intermission” good people! I have spoken to this on several of my episodes in regards to how I utilize journaling during my healing process. However, on this episode, I take a moment to speak to why I believe writing can help people to heal, in my opinion! Personally, I have found it to be extremely therapeutic. How about you? Today, I wanted to talk a little about buried talents. And pose the question, “What Have You Done with Your Talents?”. I ask this question because oftentimes we allow the opinions of others to stifle our growth, mentally, emotionally, physically, psychologically, socially and even spiritually. Why is this? Friendly Reminder: You do not have to co-sign on a naysayers opinion of you! However, sometimes the naysayers are so cunning in how they oppose your dreams that you may not see it coming until after the fact. That’s okay. Once you recognize it, debunk it! Today is a continuation on my study of wives in the Bible. I will be reading from the Message Bible about the story of Isaac and Rebekah. I truly enjoyed reading about this couple in Genesis 24. And I observed a few things while reading this chapter. Listen in as I attempt to understand what I read and share my perspective on this subject.
