The Plaintiff's are handcuffed by the previous securitizations and have to file "pretzel pleadings" to get around the damage done to the proofs that don't exist. Here, Brian takes us along the same route as with other creditor/debt buyer lawsuits but with a twist: He uses discovery and lets you in behind the curtain and shows you how a Trust operates and the forms that must use to assign the debt back to the Creditor so the Creditor can sue. Have not seen one Trust do this, btw. Why would they? Who is plucking out a single debt from the millions stored in the JPMorgan trust and filling out the necessary paperwork to do this. In this video, Brian shows us how to hack an AMEX debt collection lawsuit using their own documents against them. Look for their legal magician sleight of hand, no reference to the "debt," the Amex attempt to be considered "creditors" when they are collecting a debt for a securitized trust and the securitization of it all that lead to them only using the word "account" instead of "debt." You can't be sued on an "account" when it is a breach of contract. Good video to take on a creditor with. Go get'em.

Remember, there is no word "debt" used in the lawsuit, no mention of a contract, no mention of the debt being securitized while saying the thing being sued upon is an "account" and also, they are debt collectors by their own words and language and should be sent a validation request.
