The trepidation in the market reflected in part by the volatility that we have experienced since the end of October. I think reflects in part concerns about next year and the second year of a presidency, the mid-term election cycle. Historically the market has not performed in the second year of a presidency, but that is not a hard and fast rule, there can be a number of variables that can certainly alter the outcome of the second year of a presidency.
