The decolonized Christian grew up in Western Canada, a homeschooled kid from an evangelical Christian home. While this taught him a biased worldview from a very conservative Christian lens, He developed a love for learning, reading, and asking questions outside of the box. This inevitably led him to a journey of deconstructing his faith while also becoming a pastor and working in a church. Mimi Cole is a graduate student currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. She is passionate about disordered eating and obsessive compulsive disorder, and started deconstructing her faith during college. When her experiences with scrupulosity were named for her - it was an incredible first step in her healing.
