There are many levels of emotions. However, the level of pain that engulfs a person can be deadly. In this episode, I go over my own personal experiences and triggers regarding my journey as a suicidal and self-harm victim survivor.  I also touch on some coping skills that have worked for me. Suicide is real, the victims are not actors, they are real live people that need survival in a world feeling no alternative. Most suicidal victims don't want to die, they just want the pain to stop. As human beings we struggle with our self-worth and self-esteem as a reflection of our own self-identity.
