Deep Reactions with Catalyst

This was the first set I played as an official resident at Dogglounge.com. It was the first of a new "phase" in my DJing career.

Recorded live at http://dogglounge.com on 2015-11-08. (Just catching up posting old mixes that I made on DL that I haven't posted here.)

This is the recording of a live set I did at Dogglounge (http://dogglounge.com) on December 29, 2015. This is the weekend after the celebration of Thanksgiving Day in the U.S., during which much excess of food & drink is consumed (myself included). The set also has a decided disco slant in the 2nd half, which brought to mind the excesses of Studio 54 in its heyday.

Recording of live set played on 6 December 2015 at Dogglounge Internet Radio (http://dogglounge.com). This wan't *quite* the shortest day of the year, or the earliest sunset, but it was cloudy and sunless all day, so it felt like it. The resulting set was darker than others of mine.

Recorded live on 20 December 2015 at Dogglounge (http://dogglounge.com). With all the complexity surrounding parties, gifts, and travel that occurs during holiday time of the year, I wanted to simplify things a bit.

I also posed myself a bit of a personal task: As much as possible, use tunes that I added to my library more than a couple of years ago (instead of searching for cutting-edge new stuff). Most of these are probably from 2010-2012 (I think), though there's an exception or two.

Another "old" mix I did that I hadn't yet uploaded to Mixcloud. Sorry - don't have a track list.

Recorded live at Dogglounge Internet Radio (http://dogglounge.com) on 2016 March 20. Thanks for the folks who listen in live; this was one of my bigger audiences since I've started my residency at Dogglounge. Maybe it's because spring drifted in the door this week.

Recorded live at Dogglounge Internet Radio (http://dogglounge.com) on Easter, March 27, 2016. This was my 10th set on DL since I started my residency (though I did a handful before I had an official residency).

Recorded live at Dogglounge on Sunday, 8 May 2016.

Here in Boston, spring has not been easy to enjoy because of much rain. But today, the sun was out, and I felt like dancing with joy. So this set is a bit more House than Deep House, because it is made for dancing!
