Malcolm and Carol welcome Matt Haines, author of The Big Book of King Cake and The Little Book of King Cake, to the show to have the final word on King Cake. Matt talks about some of the stories he uncovered while researching his books, and Sherri (Paul) Thigpen, owner of Paul's Pastry Shop in Picayune, also joins the show to talk about the history of their world-famous King Cakes while Malcolm and Carol taste some of their many King Cake flavors.
