  • Murder By Fire

    Send us Fan Mail

This is a message about being careful as a Christian to never think that you can never go sideways no matter how strong you run for the Lord. Oh how we want to stop those who are not with us even though they might be doing the same thing. Think about all of the unnecessary church splits had they just listened to this Podcast. Ha, but no really why do we want to sick our fire-breathing dragon on those in whom we are actually supposed to be winning in love by the power of the Holy Spirit. I mean if this was really the way Jesus intended the gospel be preached then we can wrap up this whole evangelizing the world thing and get Him to return but right this very week. And but you can also see why we, when we have this attitude towards others that our prayers are not answered. Ah but now we are talking about another message.

First I will prove this is possible even if you are walking with God on this earth so closely that you can smell Him, not that He stinks or anything but well you know what I mean. Then we move to how we can be more effective.

So the first scripture that I will be using is talking to a group of Christians who believe that they are in Gods perfect will, in part, or for the most part, because they are operating in miracles, signs, and wonders. This is for sure a heavenly crowd thinner of which I have to believe that they in their lifetime had the chance to course-correct but refused because they could do the God magic:

Matt 7:21-23 - 21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ 23 And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

  • The Book Of Luke

    Send us Fan Mail

Well I decided to read the book of Ephesians, James, Colossians, 1st & 2nd Thessalonians, 1st & 2nd Peter, 1st & 2nd Timothy, the books of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd John, &  Titus, Philemon, And Jude. Like 1st, 2nd, & 3rd John they are in a single message, the book of Galatians, Philippians, 1st and 2nd Corinthians, Hebrews, Matthew, and Mark.

I have not added any commentary or narrative nor any chapter or verse references. Because they have been liked by quite a few listeners I thought I would try to do more of them with the remaining New Testament books of the bible. This way you have access to the entire New Testament on my Podcast.

I do think it is a good idea because you can get the entire book in just a few minutes. Front to back without interruption. Now I say that but just reading the bible is not sufficient for learning, so God gave us teachers as well. This is however one way of getting through the books of the bible. Your spirit, new man, inner man, the Holy Spirit, and your heart depend on your getting the word down inside of you. If your Christianity is a dead work, it is because of a lack of bible reading time as well as a lack of bible doing time.

So this message is not about teaching by breaking down the Book Of Luke, but about allowing you to seek the nuggets for yourself. This message my friends is about listening. Listen to the words, to the sentences, hear in your very spirit what marvelous things are being said.

Now this message will be longer than you might be used to. The goal and purpose of recording each book in its entirety is to give you the uninterrupted, not even by chapter and verses, story.

Now a little chit-chat about the book of Luke. This is the third of four gospels, although some believe that the book of Acts could also be considered a gospel. Neither weether, it doesn’t matter. What matters is that reading and knowing the gospels alone will not lead you to being a solid Christian. Read or listen to, and do, and can, is the only method which works. I say this as kindly as possible, do not leave it up to your church to equip you to be the Christian you need to be. We are or were when we were unsaved, prone to live life blaming others for our station in life. We liked to hold others accountable for making sure we had everything we desired. Ha, and even as saved beings we can still fall into that error.

In a new marriage no one should have to encourage you to spend time with your new husband or wife, if so then you shouldn’t marry or won’t be married long. Same, same with Jesus. No one should have to tell you to spend time with your new Spiritual Groom (Ephesians 5:25-27, Revelation 19:7-9). If anyone has to tell you to do so, then you are probably not ready to commit to Him and should but beg to be ready soon.

  • Rata Tat Tat Tat He Is Waiting

    Send us Fan Mail

This message is from the book titled, “Evangelistic Talks by Gipsy Smith. Each chapter represents messages that he was giving every morning during a revival. The book was written in 1922 so there is no doubt he was influenced by the Welsh revival and the Azusa Street Revival. And but I dare to say that if he had kept quiet though influenced and impacted by these great moves of God he would have been filled with the same remorse as Peter was in his denying Jesus.

I will be doing several chapters from this book as Gipsy was very evangelistic and so his messages were always down to the brass tacks of salvation. Yes he operated in the office of an evangelist as discussed in Eph chapter 4, in other words he did his part and as each of us does our part in completing the mission of Jesus He, that is Jesus will return.

The bible states the following about His Word:

Is 55:11 - So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

What this means is that I can teach on a message that was preached 5000 years ago and it will still have the power to transform those who can see and hear the things of God. And now but if this wasn’t true then we are in trouble to seek anything from the bible which is confoundedly both the oldest book as well as the newest book to have ever to have existed. Old because is whispers of a few of the creation events more precisely than all of the science that has ever existed, and new because it tells us of the end of all that was created under the old Adam world and speaks to us of a new heaven and a new earth. No science or A. I. can ever be so accurately predictive.

All of that to say don’t worry about the age of the books that I speak on as God never can lie:

Matt 24:35 - Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

  • Hallowing the Rock

    Send us Fan Mail

Ok so we kind of know the story as to why Moses and Aaron didn’t make it into the promise land, and I tell you right out the gate that it wasn’t so much the mistake made as it was about the time that they had built up relationship with God that determined the punishment. And but we see for example that King David committed a way more grievous error or sin and was left in his kingly position. Oh I know he paid for the sin, but he didn’t loose the promise of God which is that he would be the king over His people. Moses lost Gods promise to enter the promise land for what would appear to be way less of an infraction than that of King David.

So obviously we are left to ask the question which should always be followed up with seeking the answer in both prayer and in searching the scriptures. Did God leave us an easter egg regarding this rock event. Oh but did you see what I did right there? Ha, we should first review the infraction so that we can unfold this old mystery:

Lev 22:31-32 -31 “Therefore you shall keep My commandments, and perform them: I am the Lord. 32 You shall not profane My holy name, but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel. I am the Lord who sanctifies you,

Ok clear enough right? You shall not profane my name but I will be hallowed among the children of Israel. There is that which we call a commandment for Moses. Now lets see how he was obedient the first time the rock event came up:

Exodus 17:1–7 - 17 Then all the congregation of the children of Israel set out on their journey from the Wilderness of Sin, according to the commandment of the Lord, and camped in Rephidim; but there was no water for the people to drink. 2 Therefore the people contended with Moses, and said, “Give us water, that we may drink.”

So Moses said to them, “Why do you contend with me? Why do you tempt the Lord?”

3 And the people thirsted there for water, and the people complained against Moses, and said, “Why is it you have brought us up out of Egypt, to kill us and our children and our livestock with thirst?”

4 So Moses cried out to the Lord, saying, “What shall I do with this people? They are almost ready to stone me!”

5 And the Lord said to Moses, “Go on before the people, and take with you some of the elders of Israel. Also take in your hand your rod with which you struck the river, and go. 6 Behold, I will stand before you there on the rock in Horeb; and you shall strike the rock, and water will come out of it, that the people may drink.”

And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel. 7 So he called the name of the place Massah and Meribah, because of the contention of the children of Israel, and because they tempted the Lord, saying, “Is the Lord among us or not?”

  • The Tribulation Temple And The Three Woes or The Three Final Trumpets

    Send us Fan Mail

Now this message is a continuation of the message titled, “The Great Day Of The Lord by Gordon Lindsay.” That message included the first four trumpets and all of what comes with there tooting. But now in the final three trumpets tooting is the least of our problems. In this very near season my friends, yes let me say it again, in this very near season things get so bad that God calls them woes. And if you want to know how bad it gets during a God woe…don’t want to know it. Yes that is a twisty turvy statement. But all that it is really saying is that you do not want to know what it looks like to go through a God woe. And now so because I hear this comment, or maybe it would be stated more accurately as an excuse or copout. I really never did fully understand where that word copout derived and no I will not look it up. But see this is why there is no way out of a God woe even if you die before it arrives. Hell, for the sake of argument and escapism theory, is infinitely worse.

Ok so it is here before we get to the story that we must clarify something. God has made a way for everyone who has ever been born to get saved and to believe in and hope upon a future absent of everything that is known and unknown to be wrong with this world. Yes absent from the new heaven and the new earth. And for whatever reasons, and there are many including an epidemic of really short-sightedness, that humans, in the living-in-totally-corupted-bodies-of-this-short-period-of-Gods-plan-life, have chosen the lesser, that is about 70-years of living, and I am speaking not of the humans who got near a thousand years of living as length of days seems not to cure short-sightedness even if it is more long-sightedness than other humans. Ok so but back to why I stated that, which is that we somehow misplace the value of short term pleasure, even if it is corrupted, and woe it is even more than most will ever know, as remember we are short-sighted, and do not consider the value of living forever with God outside of hell, and I think that I should have added that, so that you understand the value of heaven and can more appreciate the value of the life of Jesus given so that you do not have to go there. Why if we are so smart, educated, enlightened, agreeable, free, whatever you may want to call what we are today, so wandering away from the only thing that in all of human history has proven to be extremely and extraordinarily accurate and spot on. The bible and it resulting and inevitable resulting in Christianity, which more than some religious connotation, simply means Christ in me, is infallible, was infallible, and forever will be infallible.

Ok so before I get into another message within this message, lets address the “what happens” when we disregard, against all knowledge and false wisdom that has ever existed, the truth of the only matter that has ever existed and is supported by all evidence that exists in science, yes even false religions, and any anything else that as we are imprisoned in our own deception, be it from anything that comes from self or the devil, which is that when we enter the final three woes, and don’t forget as an unbeliever who out-and-out rejected Jesus offer of escaping all of these things, that the significance of these events is that the offer of salvation has passed. This means that no matter how much you become terrified of the prevailing events which is to bring this world as we know it to a final end, and oh if we could even imagine what that will be like then surely we would accept the offer even if out of fear of these events, and no worries you can get saved as you eventually will see that as you read the bible that it has always been true, the end will come.

  • Just Keeping It On The Real

    Send us Fan Mail

So I like to keep you guys of my growth process so that you always keep your eyes on Jesus and what the bible says. Spiritual position does not follow the same rules as a natural position. For example, if you are the President of a company or of the United States we in our naturalness think that you are above others who may sweep floors for a living. Or we think and this is really so awful considering how heathenistic they are, that famous musical artists or actors are above the normal humanity as so we pass out at their concerts or strive to gain an autograph, yes their very name on a whatever, and for what reason? Have to seen through the media how they live. Ha what about our behavior towards athletes. How did we get to a place where we think that they are somehow the cream of the crop because they can play a game well? Oh I know I could might just have offended some with that statement, but again many live a life in absolute selfishness and sin. And I know we have some self-righteous who would claim that they never judge people in that way, but this message is for my open-eyed and open-eared people who just want to keep it real same as me.

Now but the bible tells us that who ever wants to be great that they should be servants of all:

Mark 10:39-44 - 42 But Jesus called them to Himself and said to them, “You know that those who are considered rulers over the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. 43 Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant. 44 And whoever of you desires to be first shall be slave of all.

Now you see why if we showed up to heaven in our unredeemed state why no one would apply for leadership positions. Ha, thank God He too just keeps it real.

  • The Great Day Of The Lord by Gordon Lindsay

    Send us Fan Mail

Do churches have guest speakers, conferences whereby they have many speakers, or seminars and retreats? Yes and I know because I was a part of the church system for over 25-years and I helped pull many of these things together including being a presenter. Why open with this? Because I want to head off any questions as to why I might be using so many books in my messages. It is important to understand that this has always been the method which even our own Jesus used.

Luke 10:1 - After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go.

Now so yes, Jesus followed up after them. You could say that His initial crews were like icebreakers and that the main event was to follow them. Not so today. We are the main event and the ice breakers. Now well so how does this parlay, that is, how we use our money, talent, or other assets to achieve His desired objective, into the use of other peoples messages to support the ministry. And well since most of the authors are dead they are not really supporting the ministry as much as they are helping me to teach, which I guess is really helping to support the ministry.

Oh that we could do something of note on earth that after Jesus calls us home our contribution when we were alive would continue to live on. Sounds like what Jesus intended right? Yup, and so it is that when I read or come across something that I think could help my listeners that I use a part or the entire book if small enough to convey the point. Just like churches use guest speakers, I too use them, it’s just that they won’t be available for any book signings. Ha, but no and also we have heard that there is no need to reinvent the wheel, which is an American Idiom used when something that we need already exists. Does using other people’s messages preclude me from being diligent in my studies? Nope, obviously I have learned something from the person in whom I want to share, but also I seek out who influenced them and get some of their stuff as well.

This message comes from my reading the book titled “How You May Become A Successful Christian” written by Gordon Lindsay. I changed the title as I will be adding some commentary and additional information as well as screening out some irrelevant information to the message. If interested in these messages as originally told by Gordon Lindsay I would recommend getting them. I believe he has authored about 250 books. His books on anything about demons and about the end times are really great and full of useful information.

  • Revelation About The Book Of Revelation

    Send us Fan Mail

So before I go on the road over the next few days to perform a wedding I thought that I would leave you with something of importance. And but I say it is important because I just learned of it, and I thought to myself, self…why did I ever stay away so long from the book of Revelation considering the following scripture? Then I had a aha moment and thought that few churchy churches actually teach on the book of revelation and the reason in my opinion is similar to the very same reason I had for staying away from it which is that I did not understand what it was saying. Ha, I did read it more than 50x’s in my years of studying it, but I never sought to figure out what it was saying. I do then also remember saying to myself, self why these things are aways off and I will be dead when they begin to happen.

So anyway, keep in mind that the book of Revelation was scribed by John but given by Jesus. Also keep in mind that this is the only book that has such an opening. And considering that we are living in the very days of the book of revelations, would should maybe, like me, make some adjustments into what it is that we are doing in these very last days. Don’t be afraid to read the book. Gordon Lindsay, William Branham, and a few others have some really great things to teach about this book:

Rev 1:1-5 - 1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, 2 who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. 3 Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.

4 John, to the seven churches which are in Asia:

Grace to you and peace from Him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven Spirits who are before His throne, 5 and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.
