Well I decided to read the book of Ephesians, James, Colossians, 1st & 2nd Thessalonians, 1st & 2nd Peter, 1st & 2nd Timothy, the books of 1st, 2nd, & 3rd John, &  Titus, Philemon, And Jude. Like 1st, 2nd, & 3rd John they are in a single message. I have also done the book of Galatians, Philippians, and 1st Corinthians.

I have not added any commentary or narrative nor any chapter or verse references. Since there seems to be an interest in listening to these, I have decided to do the rest of the New Testament. In just a short bit you will have access to the entire New Testament in audio form on the Deep Waters Podcast. Now how great is that! 

I do think it is a good idea because you can get the entire book in just a few minutes. Front to back without interruption. Now I say that but just reading the bible is not sufficient for learning, so God gave us teachers, and the Holy Spirit as well. This is however is one way of getting through the books of the bible. Your spirit, new man, inner man, the Holy Spirit, and your heart depend on your getting the word down inside of you. If your Christianity is a dead work, it is because of a lack of bible reading time as well as a lack of bible doing time.    

So this message is not about teaching. We will not be breaking down the Book Of 2nd Corinthians, but about allowing you to seek the nuggets for yourself, with the Holy Spirits help of course. This message my friends is about listening. Listen to the words, to the sentences, hear in your very spirit what marvelous things are being said. 

Now this message will be longer than you might be used to. The goal and purpose of recording each book in its entirety is to give you the uninterrupted story. It doesn’t even have chapter and verse callouts. Nice right?

Ok so I have talked about the scriptures that say we are saved, will be saved, and are being saved thinking that I knew what I was talking about. And oh yes we walk in the measure of light that we have at the time so no foul no error we just grow on:

 1 Cor 1:18 - For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Notice that scripture didn’t say to them, which would leave us to consider that he is including everyone including those who think that they have already been saved, in the scripture. To US!

Matt 10:22 - And you will be hated by all for My name’s sake. But he who endures to the end will be saved.

Let’s look at another:

1 Cor 1:18 - For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.

Wait am I saved, being saved, or just already saved? Ha, we will get there.

1 Cor 15:2 - by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain.

Ok so I are saved right? But wait there is an if…and but what happens if I don’t hold fast to the word? Then the if is saying maybe not?

 Good, hang in as this is a very important message, and I assure you that it will come together in the end. Quit now and you will be left to your ignorance and possibly to your religious offense. 

A nicer way of saying this is to be teachable, pliable, humble, and seek the Lord if you are just not sure. I am not Him by the way. 

 1 Cor 2:15 - For we are to God the fragrance of Christ among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing.

So I was reading this book titled, “Mountain Moving Faith” by Kenneth E. Hagin and he stated something of which I thought was pretty interesting. Well interesting enough that I though to share it. He stated, 

“faith will work in your heart with doubt in your head”

I thought that this statement was pretty encouraging as it lined up with this scripture I once read:

Matt 28:16-20 - 16 Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. 17 When they saw Him, they worshiped Him; but some doubted.

18 And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

These fella’s walked with Jesus and saw epic heavenly occurrences. Look at what John shares with us:

John 20:30-31 - 30 And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book; 31 but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

John 21:25 - 25 And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen.

Because they have been liked by quite a few listeners I thought I would try to do more of them with a few more books of the bible. I am not sure how far I will go in this direction as I also get other messages as well. I will try and mix them in between.

2nd Tim 2:15 - Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

1st Tim 5:17 - 17 Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine.

Well, get your notepad ready and get ready to be astounded at what you are about to hear.

The following is an article that will be in a book put out by Real Life Stories. It is a ministry that gives testimony books out as they preach the gospel in power to see salvations. I have talked about my struggles before I thought I would share again so that as we continue to grow together you may never forget that I am always, like you, in process and subject to miss it with God. The only sure thing is Jesus. Always keep your eyes on Him while growing with others just like you. You are no doubt more, way more than you are currently walking in which isn’t to say you are not already running for God, but getting to completion is a lifelong venture full of great and wonderful experiences in Him, by Him, and through Him. Yes we cannot imagine what He has for us after we have finished our race, but use you imagination to keep yourself encouraged when things get tough. I think about what He has set me free from so as to keep my buoyancy in my faith.

I have developed this message by way of reading the books Mountain Moving Faith by Kenneth Hagin and King-Priest and Favor - The Road To Success written by Bob Buess. 

So this is going to be about the confessions of scripture as they apply to our lives, and how we communicate our words when exercising our God faith.

In Mark 11:22 we can see that it says and Jesus answering said unto them have faith in God. What it is really saying is have the God kind of faith. 

Mark 11:22 - 22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.

Now we know this or can see a demonstration of this in Mark:

Mark 11:12-14, 20-22 - 12 Now the next day, when they had come out from Bethany, He was hungry. 13 And seeing from afar a fig tree having leaves, He went to see if perhaps He would find something on it. When He came to it, He found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs. 14 In response Jesus said to it, “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again.” And His disciples heard it. 

Verses 20-22 - 20 Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. 21 And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away.” 22 So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.

If we look at Mark 11:23 we can see how Jesus defines the God kind of faith: 

Mark 11:23 - 23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.

But I did it and well they have been liked by quite a few listeners so I thought I would try to do so with a few more books of the bible. So I thought maybe I should look up the word fleece and see what the internet would say. Ha, no but fabric isn’t what I am looking for, and oh the bunches of different kinds of fabric. 

So anyway I decided to take a look at just how the bible is using the word and go with that. Why Podcast Preacher? Because it isn’t entirely the point to the message. It is why we do such things that is the point and it is this that has generated this message.

So lets go to where it uses the word fleece in the bible and see how or why it was used: 

Judges 6:11-27 - 11 Now the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites. 12 And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, “The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!”

13 Gideon said to Him, “O my lord, if the Lord is with us, why then has all this happened to us? And where are all His miracles which our fathers told us about, saying, ‘Did not the Lord bring us up from Egypt?’ But now the Lord has forsaken us and delivered us into the hands of the Midianites.”

14 Then the Lord turned to him and said, “Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?”

15 So he said to Him, “O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Indeed my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.”

16 And the Lord said to him, “Surely I will be with you, and you shall defeat the Midianites as one man.”

17 Then he said to Him, “If now I have found favor in Your sight, then show me a sign that it is You who talk with me. 18 Do not depart from here, I pray, until I come to You and bring out my offering and set it before You.”

And He said, “I will wait until you come back.”...

Jer 1:12 - 12 Then the Lord said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.”

What’s with all of the scripture Podcast Preacher? It’s the ony thing we have to lean on in our walk with God. It is His gift to us so that we would have hot bullets for our prayer guns. Ha.

This message started out it’s intent to be for my Friday night bible study crew, but then as I began to develop it, I thought I should just invite all of you to the bible study. Ha, no but yes you are attending a bible study in this message, and oh is it a powerful word. Look if you have been asking God to respond, or you are looking for a prayer response, you will find the keys that will unlock it in this message. 

I was reading the other day the book titled, Understanding How To Fight The Good Fight Of Faith written by Kenneth E. Hagin and thought that every believer could benefit from this book. Yes, no matter where you are at in your walk with God this book will help to advance you in your journey. But, in my reading I saw another message, so I am using some quotes or sentences that Kenneth used in the book along with some of the scriptures he referenced. But for sure this is not a faith message but more of a foundational message as to how things work with God. You need to understand why your prayers are not getting addressed by the heavenly post office. And I am sure that after you have listened to the entirety of this message your life will absolutely be headed forward in the things of God including your receiving the faith to move those mountains we so often talk about.

Listen to these Kenneth statements as there is some wisdom in what he is saying:

·       You cannot believe beyond your knowledge of God's word.

·       The lack of God's word produces unbelief. 

·       We cannot act upon God's word beyond our knowledge of his word. 

·       Faith grows by our understanding of his word. 

·       A lack of knowledge of God's word is the greatest hindrance to Faith.
