Well not so long ago I decided to read the book of Ephesians, James, Colossians, and 1st Thessalonians without adding any commentary or narrative. First thing you should know is how difficult it was to just read through those books without speaking to any of the revelation that they contains. But I did it and well it was liked by quite a few listeners so I thought I would try to do so with a few more books of the bible.  

So this message is not about teaching by breaking down the book of 2nd Thessalonians, but about allowing you to seek the nuggets for yourself. This message my friends is about listening. Listen to the words, to the sentences, hear in your very spirit what marvelous things are being said. 

So, I will read the entire book. which will make for a very satisfying spiritual meal. As in Ephesians, James, Colossians, and 1st Thessalonians I am also going to remove all of the chapters and verses so that it just reads as Paul wrote it. Think also upon this. Consider that this could easily have been one church service. Yes, getting all that you are about to hear from just a little more than a few pages in just one church service. Oh I am not trying to be a spiritual bully, but we should have better consider the amount of time we spend with God studying to get to know Him beyond excessively deep. 

2nd Tim 2:15 - Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

I will answer the question “How To Memorize Scriptures” faster than maybe in any other message, and the answer is, drum roll please, read your Bible and be full of the Holy Spirit. And but also do what it states because this is how the information goes from head knowledge to inner-man or spirit knowledge. 

Your criminal mind, that is your natural mind is at enmity against God and so any type of natural memory techniques is futile. In other words you cannot effectively memorize scripture that will be a benefit to your spiritual walk. The end of this message will bear this out and explain why what I just stated there is true: 

Rom 8:7 - Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.

Scripture was not meant to remain in your brain but to drop down into your heart and spirit which are one and the same thing: 

Ez 11:19 - Then I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within them, and take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh,

Ez 18:31 - Cast away from you all the transgressions which you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. For why should you die, O house of Israel? 

So, you see, forgetfulness is satanic and but I am not saying if you cannot remember stuff you are the devil, no what I am saying is that there is a reason why you forget scripture almost right out the gate. Yes, there is a reason why you don’t remember what the Sunday message is no matter how good it was. Have you ever studied for a test only to forget everything you studied? You can blame it on nerves, or genetics, or claim it happens because you have a bad memory, but none of those things are true if you are indeed an authentically born-again believer. I will show you why:

John 10:10 - 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

Ok so a little of where we are at with the ministry in March 2025, before we get into this message. On just one of 30-platforms, Buzzsprout, we are shown to be in 67 countries, 422 cities, we have 4074 total downloads, and have 553 episodes since the start of Applied Strengths Ministry in June 28, 2022. The ministry will be 3-years old later in 2025. Ok, so North America currently has the most downloads, but we have a location in Europe that has the most downloads for a single city. Helsinki-Uusimaa in Finland has about 75% of the total downloads from Europe which comes out to be 495 downloads. Ashburn Virginia, Los Angeles California, and then my old stomping grounds Chico California which has about 25% of the downloads which of course is in the United States. The US currently has 81% of the total downloads. 

You know all I care about is a growing and ever-increasing activity of His bride church. We all already know by now that Salvation is a free gift and cannot be earned, and well so is the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and your complete and total freedom from sickness and disease. Yes, all gifts which are to be received, not given by anyone, not imparted by a special group or prayer, ceptin’ sickness and disease for those who have not yet discovered that they have a spiritual right to be sickness and disease free under the best covenant provided by the blood of Jesus. The bible is always true no matter how blind we choose to be right?:

Mark 16:16 - He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. To believe is to receive right?

Mark 11:24 - 24 Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Matt 7:7-8 - 7 “Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 8 For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

So I went scripture scuba-diving to look for all of the scriptures pertaining to healing. I Had them marked in one of my bibles, but ended up just reading through the four gospels which is how I ended up with this message. Now why I looked for the healing scriptures will be coming out in a future testimony message. I say future not because it hasn’t happened already, but that I am working on so many messages right now dealing with our untapped supernatural anointing and Holy Spirit power and fire. Yes, reading Kenneth Hagin books will do that to a man. In fact when I recently went to San Diego and was prayed over, one of the answers to one of my prayers before going to San Diego that I had received was that I should slow down on the podcast so as not to miss what god would be saying. Well I think He is saying something about healing, miracles, signs, and wonders, and but about why we are not doing what He gave us permission and even a mandate to do. So but I will get to my testimony message shortly. 

So but now we address the elephant in the room or should we say ghost? Ha

If I don’t got it, I can get it, or just die with it, it is up to me, based on the hardness of my spirit or heart which is one and the same thing, and whether I think God lies or only tells us the truth. If there is one lie in the bible I would bet a million dollars or a chunk of heavenly highway that it is in fact impossible for God to lie. It’s in the bible three times. I will let you sort it out.

So before we get in to the “how” of the message, let’s get into the “what” of the message. By looking at both, you will see that the “what” cannot be completed by the “how” unless we believe that the “what” is for us to do. 

The “what” in this section is defined as what Jesus did while on earth.

Luke 4:33-35 - 33 Now in the synagogue there was a man who had a spirit of an unclean demon. And he cried out with a loud voice, 34 saying, “Let us alone! What have we to do with You, Jesus of Nazareth? Did You come to destroy us? I know who You are—the Holy One of God!”

35 But Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!” And when the demon had thrown him in their midst, it came out of him and did not hurt him.

If you see a pattern in the messages it is because God is trying to say something about something. And though you might be inclined to skip a message as you think it is repetitive, they are not. Each one has its own revelation and point of contact for you if you so desire. 

Ok, unless you knew me you might be offended at that statement or at me for having the faith and truth of the bible to prove it, and but to also say it. What Mr Podcast Preacher that sounds like you are putting words into my mouth. No, I am keeping you from thinking outer man thoughts as your thoughts and words contain life or death depending on which you believe in (Pro 18:21). If you say I am sick or I feel sick then you have spoken it into existence and it will be as you have declared. Not as God desired, nor as the holy Spirit would allow as He is the power to stand against the wiles of the devil which is where sickness comes from. Not me, not God, only you. And now but there are many ways to get healed. I just read a book that demonstrated 7-different ways in which this happens. 

But I am going to deal with the one way in which it has already happened. What is it Podcast Man? It is sickness and disease and that they were cast into hell and defeated along with your sins and curses. Yup. 

Now I have been frustrated for years as to why I would get sick and sometimes be healed and other times not. And I was told a plethora of reasons don’t come from the bible including being told that they were not sure. But not from the position of knowing what the bible states about healing but that they didn’t know anything about that kind of stuff. Or even worse which is that God gave us doctors to handle the difference. Nope, He gave us Doctors for us who are growing in faith. At some point we ought not need them.

Ok so what is about to happen Podcast Preacher? Well I after looking to expound just on Paul’s prayer in Ephesians got wreckatioded by reading, on and on, looking for a place to stop. And but so in that process decided within my spirit that perhaps I couldn’t find a place to stop because I wasn’t supposed to. So I said what Mr. me. Read the whole book of Ephesians without explanation? Yup 

So this message is not about teaching by breaking down Ephesians, and well and good because truly it would take an 800 page volume to do so, Oh it’s so rich in everything it says. It just goes from glory to glory in all that Paul is sharing through the Holy Spirit. 

This my friends is about listening. Listen to the words, to the sentences, hear in your very spirit what marvelous things are being said. I have heard it said that Ephesians is the book of maturity. But nah, nah, God can show a child deep revelation depending on where they are at with Him to begin with. Now yes, you can mature if you read, seek its knowledge, understand what it is saying through the Holy Spirit, and then do what it says. In just this one book I can’t see how three lifetimes would accomplish it, but I know in faith nothing is impossible for those who believe and then see the manifestation of their belief. 

So, I will read the entire book which will make for the riches spiritual meal we have ever had together. Oh and I am also going to remove all of the chapters and verses so that it just reads as Paul wrote it. Think also upon this. Consider that this could easily have been one church service. Why? Oh but I read a great book or booklet written by Kenneth E. Hagin titled, “Seven Things You Should Know About Divine Healing.” 

Credibility is something I look for before diving in on any research of a topic or ministry. Kenneth was healed at around 16-yrs of age of a heart and blood condition. No cure but the bible, and not even the bible if the principles are not applied correctly. Yes, God has a method in which to do things. And but of course He will always meet you where you are. Faith, no faith it is up to Him always. But you don’t have to just rely on anything being His move. Healing is already a promise that has been let out of the gates. 

So I found this and thought I should move it to the front of the message to lay a spiritually permanent foundation in your thoughts. Your thoughts, your spirit is heart originated. So let it set your heart right as we move forward.

2 Cor 5:17 - Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

It would be like having insurance on your house, then a fire comes and takes everything, and regardless of your feelings, the insurance pays out and you begin again. Yes, it is a very simple analogy to make another point. 

Jesus is the payment for your sickness.
