Deeper Callings & Horse Magic

What does it mean to land in yourself?  How can we find power in the act of witnessing? What does it mean to be seen, both from the horse's and the human's lens? These are questions I will be discussing in this episode, along with a bit about my trip to Epona Rise Retreat Center in Canada last week. Please let me know if you have any thoughts or questions about the episode over on IG. Enjoy!

Hi all, today's episode is all about giving ourselves the grace and time to process. This means for those of us that feel overwhelmed by a lot of information or high energy (sometimes even low energy) experiences, we benefit from having time to decompress and filter all of that through our minds and bodies. We need to be able to come back to center before we can make any decisions or changes in our lives. If any of this resonates or sounds familiar, give this a listen and let me know what lands for you.

Are you doing the work and showing up? Are you still feeling like there's a disconnect between who you are and what you are creating in the world? In this episode, we peel back another layer around the fear of being seen. We talk about what it looks like to take responsibility for what parts of ourselves we allow to be seen. I hope this episode will help you to unpack and navigate this space so you can allow all parts of you to show up in your creative work and your daily life. Enjoy and let me know what resonates.

If you've ever heard the quote by Wayne Dyer, "If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change" then you will have an idea of what we are discussing in this episode.  reflect on the way my priorities around my creative career and my horses have shifted as my perspective has changed. If you're stuck in a repeating cycle or seem to have similar situations blocking you it might be time to change the way you look at things. It can be tough, but it can shift your entire world for the better. Thanks for listening and let me know what resonates.

If you're new here, thanks for checking out the podcast. I'm Nicole, an equine-guided mentor/coach for "creative souls" - which leads me to the name of this podcast. I've been asked a few times what a creative or creative soul is. Because my circle tends to be in the creative world one way or another it was not something I had thought too much about before the question came up. Spoiler alert - everyone is creative. In this episode, however, I dive into what I mean by the term creative soul and how you can know if you are one - another spoiler, if you're here, you are a creative soul and you have found this podcast and me for a reason. I hope this clarifies some things for those that are doubting their creative spirit. Please let me know what comes up or resonates for you in this episode.

This is a look back at where I started with horses and the balance of trying to be involved with them while having a creative career. Ultimately everything began to blend together into and this episode dives a bit into that journey. I also look at how partnering with them in personal development came to be and why I hold the philosophy I do around the way I choose to share that space with them. I hope this shines some light on why partnering with horses is so important to me and how much they have helped me on my own personal journey. Enjoy and let me know your thoughts.

As creative souls our imagination is our super power. Like most super powers it can be used to create amazing beauty and light in the world, or it can create a very dark and dismal reality. This is trickier than it sounds and sometimes we don't even realize what are imagination is doing. The good news is we have choice. This episode is about how to choose what your imagination creates and utilize it for your highest good. Enjoy, share, and let me know your thoughts.

I had a little epiphany to share around the realization I had managed to get stuck in a repeating pattern. It can be easy to miss when we are surrounded by what's familiar. In this episode we dive into ways to see whether or not we are stuck or spinning in circles and what to do about it. Thanks for listening and enjoy!
