Deeper Callings & Horse Magic

Do you trust yourself to show up in your journey of purpose? This could be in work, relationships, self-care - anything. Do you trust yourself to do what you are committed to doing? Self-trust showed up for me unexpectedly as a result of doing the work of healing a more surface level wound. If the question, "do you trust yourself" strikes a cord for you, you should probably give this episode a listen. Let me know what lands for you.

How often are you forcing yourself to do things you hate because you think it's what's expected? What if you didn't have to make things so hard? What if the better option is actually the easy one? Are you able to let yourself accept the easy choice or are you stuck in the hustle or comparison mindset? If this sounds familiar, this episode will help you shift your perspective around choosing what will help you show up as yourself. Enjoy and share if you know someone who needs to hear this.

Happy Holidays! This week was based on a recent experience with the horses that offered a reminder of the many unnecessary barriers we put up as humans.  It also pointed me to the remembrance of connection and how we are all connected no matter what external barriers we put in place internally. Enjoy and let me know what lands for you.

Hi friends! Thanks for joining me again this week. This episode is all about looking inward and tapping into that natural joy we gain from creating, particularly when we are feeling lost and burnt out. If the holiday season (or any outside force) has you feeling overwhelmed with no time for creating from that space of joy, then give this episode a listen. Enjoy and share with anyone who may need to hear this. Thanks for listening.

As an expansion on last week's episode, we take a deep dive into the how, why, and when to invest in ourselves and our journey. Investing in anything can be a taxing decision, but when it comes to investing ourselves we tend to underestimate or over-analyze the value. This episode will help you to break down what may go into that decision and provide some clarity around what you may be considering investing in. As always, thanks for listening and enjoy!

This is a special, personal episode in dedication to my mom who passed of breast cancer on Thanksgiving Day 20 years ago - Nov. 22, 2001. She was an obituary writer for the newspaper but had a personal article she wrote every couple of months. I share one of those articles in this episode called "Lost in the Woods..." and expand on the story and how it helped my mom and me move through a difficult situation. I also look at "story" and the different ways it can show up in support of our own lives as well as in support of others. This is primarily a tribute to my mom and the many ways she inspired me to utilize "story" in my life.

Do you have a fear of regret? In this episode, we dive into a thought-provoking question asked by a friend and listener. One of the biggest fears of moving on to something else is that we may regret leaving the past (career, friends, recognition, etc) behind. If this is a fear you wrestle with on your journey, or if you are stuck in the question of changing directions, then this episode is for you. Enjoy!
